On Thursday, 23 May, we visited Chinunu, a small village 100 km from Lusaka. This village is host to the MiChurch Joburg 'Roof fund project.'
We were gifted with some school clothes from Debbie van Heerden to sow into the lives of the young children that had eagerly awaited our arrival since the early morning.
Although living in two complete opposite worlds, instant connections were formed and smiles shared. Everyone's lives' were touched.

Our day began with an early morning start as we headed from Mzuzu to Chipata, Zambia at 4h30 in the morning. We arrived at the Protea Hotel in Chipata where the conference was to be held.

The passed three days have been both challenging and fulfilling as we've journeyed up into Malawi. The border crossing going in from Zambia was quite smooth in comparison to the Botswana/Zambia border post. We proceeded to pick up Rev Joe McCroskey, Ps John and the entourage at Lilongwe international airport, Malawi.
